Personal development and acquiring soft skills enable students to become more mature, independent and confident and develop the ability to think creatively. Such skills are interlinked and complement each other. When the majority of the above mentioned skills are acquired to a certain degree, personal development will be achieved automatically and students will excel academically, psychologically and personally. With these skills and experience through life long learning, individuals will achieve great heights.
The Career & Student Service Department conducts sessions regularly on an individual basis.

| >ASSISTANCE WITH ACCOMMODATION |
Our Student Services Office will assist outstation and international students with their accommodation arrangement.
Quality accommodation with 24-hour security, located at Menara Jaya Condo and Millenium Square Condo, is about 8 - 10 minutes walk from the College campus.
Transportation is convenient. The nearby Putra LRT
Station at AsiaJaya is within a few minutes walk from your accommodation.
Menara Jaya Condo
Master Room (with air-conditioning)
• Single Occupancy is RM850 per month
• Twin Sharing is RM425 each per month
Middle Room (non air-conditioned)
• Single Occupancy is RM700 per month
• Twin Sharing is RM350 each per month
Small Room (non air-conditioned)
• Single Occupancy is RM600 per month
Millenium Square Condo
Master Room (non air-conditioned)
• Single Occupancy is RM700 each per month
• Twin Sharing is RM350 each per month
Middle Room (non air-conditioned)
• Single Occupancy is RM600 per month
• Twin Sharing is RM300 each per month

Private Accommodations
Students will also find a wide choice of accommodation within the vicinity of Petaling Jaya based on thier needs and budget. They can easily rent an apartment or room nearby the College.
The Student Service Office provides advice on house-hunting, locations to seek or avoid, and put you in touch with other students seeking housemates.

A merit based scholarship may be awarded to new applicants applying for admissions to PJCAD. This scholarship may be awarded yearly depending on the merits of the applicant’s portfolio or academic achievements and or performance.
